This song is a dance we play in order to be together. This song is the lamentation for a vision of a future I feel does not want us. This dance is a hope for somewhere else – some other way (of being/together) [hyper_differentiation across a multitude of homogeneous surfaces]. This world I want [lasting only as its endless departure] Hold[s] me in continuous suspense. Slow me down so I may feel. And transport me to my own [re]beginning. Could it be enough? A minor change of tempo and posture; not a trespass of some fictional line denoting here and there, but a being-just-next-to. A careful ghost; always haunting “like a true love story on an express train.” (Tuesday, a Bright Day by Mahmoud Darwish)
