In Visual and Media Arts
- Support and advice from an established Art Curator
- Producing a Publication (support in the coordination of the writing and printing)
- Support and advice from a Technical and/or Logistical Coordinator

In Multidisciplinary and Performing Arts
- Support and advice from a Dramatic Arts Adviser and an outside opinion (Dance, Theatre)
- Support and advice from a Stage manager, Production manager, Technical or Logistical Director

For all fields
- Communications
- Promotions
- Press Relations
- Writing – Translation - Editing

Administration and Accounting
- Support in the writing of a production budget and the financial follow-up
- Help with accounting
- Help with fiscal matters (annual reports)
- Support with the writing of corporate documents (charter, general rules, etc.)
- Support with the founding and building of a Board of Directors
