Rental of the theatre includes the following services of the Technical Director or his/her assistant and basic staff at/for the bar and café. Box office services with credit cards and Interac options (at the door and by telephone during the MAI's regular box office hours), stage management within the theatre and coat check within the caféarea are not included.

Possible theatre configurations and seating capacity

The MAI's theatre is a black box with multiple configurations possible. Normal seating is set at a maximum of 115 places. The rate for changing the configuration is 400$*. Any required changes will be made by the MAI's technical team prior to the client arriving in the theatre.
