BOX OFFICE POLICY
Latecomers
The majority of shows do not allow latecomers, owing to the intimate
atmosphere of our theatre. Performances begin at the hour indicated.
Please plan your travel accordingly we encourage you to pick up your
tickets at the box office at least 25 minutes before the show begins.
Purchase
Tickets and subscription packages are NO REFUNDABLE. Tickets, with
the exception of subscriptions, may not be exchanged for another night.
Accessibility
Our space is accessible to everyone. If you have reduced mobility, or
if you are accompanied, please don't hesitate to let us know what your
needs are!
Babies
and children
Children who require a seat must have a ticket (reduced) to enter.
Babies and young children who are carried or seated on their guardians
may enter for free. Children are welcome, but we ask that you keep in
mind the experience of the other audience members. We do not guarantee
that the content of the shows will always be appropriate for children.
