The internship includes technical training of basic positions and movement structures based on Bharatanatyam and yoga and is coordinated by Studio 303.

Continente
Saturday February 28 for the Montreal All-Nighter, organised by the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival.

The MAI (Montréal, arts interculturels) opens its doors on Saturday, February 28 for the Montreal All-Nighter, organised by the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival. Visitors can participate in a tango workshop and check out a tango demonstration from 10-11 pm in the MAI’s Café, as well as visit the exhibition, Continente* by José Luis Torres between 9 pm and 2 am. All activities are free and everyone is welcome!



*Continente is an in situ interactive installation evoking architectural approaches, by the artist of Argentinean descent, José Luis Torres.



Continente is composed of movable forms made of wood and earth that call to mind an urban landscape in constant evolution.

Screening of the documentary Qallunajatut (Urban Inuk), three Inuit who spend a summer in Montreal. It is also a meditation on the theme of urbanisation of the Inuit people and their feeling of being in exile.
